VCF 9.1 HOL Mind Map

Short answer: all VCF 9.1 Hands-on Labs (the HOL 2027 catalog, 47 labs) and the VCF 9.0 labs (HOL 2026, 40 labs) in one interactive mind map: 22 series, 87 labs, each with its modules and minutes, time limit, level, format (hands-on lab or simulation), retired status and the direct link to the HOL catalog. Search across titles, modules and products, filter by year, track (VCF or ANS), level and format, expand the tree level by level, switch to a list, and copy the selection as Markdown for a study plan.

How to use the VCF 9.1 Hands-on Labs map

  • Start from a series. HOL 2027 groups the VCF 9.1 labs by theme: HOL-2701 What’s New, HOL-2704 the VCF 9.1 core (lifecycle, NSX, performance, administration, VKS, the transition simulation), HOL-2705 advanced networking, HCX, Data Services Manager and Private AI, HOL-2711 VCF Operations and VCF Automation (18 labs), HOL-2734 vSAN, data protection and Salt, plus the ANS tracks for Avi Load Balancer and vDefend. HOL 2026 holds the VCF 9.0 generation, most of it retired but still useful for the fundamentals.
  • Plan a session. Each lab shows its time limit and the minutes per module, so you can pick modules that fit the entitlement; simulations (the -S labs) run without a nested vPod and are a fast way to see a workflow.
  • Search. Type a product or feature such as memory tiering, VPC, certmgr or vSAN ESA: matching labs light up in the map and the series open automatically. Press / to jump to the search box.
  • Export. The Markdown button copies the visible labs with their modules and catalog links, ready for a study plan or a team wiki.
